1. FIRST STEP: SUBMIT YOUR PROFILE AND APPLICATION
In the email subject line, please include the property address and your full name.
In the body of the message, please provide the following information:
- A brief description of your profile and an explanation of your monthly income.
- Your desired move-in date and length of stay (only for temporary rentals).
- Reason for renting the property.
- Full name and surname.
- Email address.
- National ID number (DNI/NIE) or passport number.
2. SECOND STEP: PROPERTY RESERVATION
Once we have received your application and reviewed your profile, we will send you the reservation documents by email. To confirm the reservation, you must reply with proof of payment and the duly signed reservation agreement attached.
3. THIRD STEP: FINANCIAL SOLVENCY ASSESSMENT
Once the reservation has been completed, we will send you a link to complete the financial solvency form and upload the required supporting documents:
- Employees: Your three most recent payslips and employment contract.
- Self-employed applicants: Your latest annual income tax return and your two most recent quarterly VAT returns.
- Any other relevant documentation demonstrating your financial solvency and ability to pay the rent.
- An identity document, passport or NIE.

No applicant's profile will be submitted to the property owner until their financial solvency has been verified and confirmed.
